Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time
- Within Lahore: 1–2 business days
- Other major cities (Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad, etc.): 3–5 business days
- Remote areas: 5–7 business days

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to track your shipment.

Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier will try again. After two failed attempts, the order may be returned to us.
