**Returns**
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
**Non-Returnable Items**
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
- Sale or discounted items
- Items without original packaging
**How to Initiate a Return**
To request a return, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order details and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.
**Exchanges**
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will exchange it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
**Refunds**
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.
**Shipping Costs for Returns**
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
